Product Manager, HP and IBM (no relocation)
Experienced Product Managers to build own business units
The situation
CESS-DK is an ambitious distributor and reseller, experiencing growth and expansion both domestically and internationally. As part of our expansion, we are looking for talented and serious Product Managers within HP and IBM. You will be part of a network of other Product Managers in the company with direct reference to the sales director. The company culture is based on flexibility and room for family and leisure, although the job is exciting and demanding.
The task
As Product Manager you will be solely responsible for the development of the business area according to your own business plan:
- Sales
Total budget responsibility for the area
Budgeting within the overall business plan
Trade with resellers and other customers - Management
Future development and management of employees - Specialist Role
Assisting colleagues in relation to technical issues, price and market information on area
Your working day will be influenced by massive and sustained contact with resellers and customers around the world, with aim to develop the area within your product specialty. Mapping of the resellers can be supported by existing databases. As the product area develops, you will of course also be responsible for recruiting and managing employees, both in relation to sales as well as general management of staff.
Due to these responsibilities it is essential that you have a extensive experience in trading, ie. experience in buying and selling, which you also can use in fluent English. Deep product knowledge that you have built up over several years is a requirement. Finally, it is an advantage that you have experience as sales manager.

What matters is that you are passionate about your specialty, which effects your surroundings through your skills, with which you work persistently and focused. You run your business in a fair and credible manner, with a strong focus on making a good deal. You are by nature a visionary person, who works independently and structured towards the goal, where quality and calculated risks are hallmarks of your approach.
